Hereunder you can read how we process your data, where we save it, what security techniques we use and who has insight into such data.
E-mail and mailing lists
Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL and DPD (hereinafter referred to as: postal companies) to carry out such deliveries. It is therefore necessary to divulge your name, address and residence details with these postal companies. The postal companies mentioned only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that the postal companies enlist subcontractors, the postal companies will provide your data to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
For our administration, we use the Reeleezee accounting system. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for managing sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored in a protected manner. Reeleezee is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your information confidentially. Reeleezee does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
The purpose of data processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give with. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will explicitly ask your permission for this. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all obliged to secrecy on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This information (eg your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigation
In certain cases, Publisher Loving Brocante may be obliged on the basis of a legal obligation to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case we are forced to share your data but will oppose this within the possibilities offered to us by the law.
We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you specify that you no longer wish to use our services. Upon receiving such specification, we will also construe this as a request to disregard. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are obliged to keep invoices with your (personal) data and will thus keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in connection with your order.
Based on the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you have certain rights as a data subject with regard to the personal data processed by us or on our behalf. We explain hereunder which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, in order to prevent misuse, we will send statements and copies of your data only to your already known e-mail address. In the event that you wish to receive the data at another e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you for identification. We keep records of completed requests; in the case of a request to disregard we administer anonymous data. You will receive all statements and copies of data in the machine readable data format that we use within our systems. You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time should you suspect that we are using your personal data in an incorrect manner.
Right to inspect
You have the right to inspect the data that we process or have had processed, and which relates to your person or is traceable to it. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who have this data, to the e-mail address known to us, stating the category under which we have stored this data.
You have the right to rectify the data that we process or have had processed that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you confirmation that the details have been rectified to the e-mail address known to us.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to restrict the data that we process or have had processed that relates to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data is no longer being processed until you have removed the restriction.
Right to transfer
You have the right to have the data that we process or have had processed that relates to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you statements or copies of all information about you that we have processed ourselves or have had processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all probability, we will no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Publisher Loving Brocante. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the settlement of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will have statements and/or copies of data that we process or have had processed made available to you upon which processing will be discontinued permanently. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that makes this right applicable. If you believe that this is not the case however, please contact our contact person for privacy matters.
Cookies Google Analytics
Cookies are placed via our website by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to keep track of and get reports on how visitors use our website. This processor may be required on the basis of applicable laws and regulations to provide access to this data. We have not permitted Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
