Webshop software
Our webshop has been developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have made with them. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
E-mail and mailing lists
Our website uses MailChimp, a third party that handles email traffic which originates from our website or from any newsletters sent. All confirmation emails and web forms you receive from our website are sent via MailChimp’s servers. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. You will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every e-mail automatically sent via our website. If you click on this link, you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. Your personal data is securely stored by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies which give insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and in this context to share such information with third parties.
Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL and DPD (hereinafter referred to as: postal companies) to carry out such deliveries. It is therefore necessary to divulge your name, address and residence details with these postal companies. The postal companies mentioned only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that the postal companies enlist subcontractors, the postal companies will provide your data to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
For our administration, we use the Reeleezee accounting system. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for managing sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored in a protected manner. Reeleezee is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your information confidentially. Reeleezee does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
The purpose of data processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give with. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will explicitly ask your permission for this. We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you specify that you no longer wish to use our services. You have the right to have the data that we process or have had processed that relates to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you statements or copies of all information about you that we have processed ourselves or have had processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all probability, we will no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Publisher Loving Brocante.
